This should really be on the technician forum. But since in the time it takes to say that, I could go to the official Guild Wars support site and get your answer, here's a paste:
Go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs and click the Change/Remove button for the Guild Wars listing. A Guild Wars window will appear prompting you with two options under 'What would you like to do?'. Select 'Reinstall Guild Wars to its current location' to reinstall Guild Wars or select 'Uninstall Guild Wars' to uninstall the client.
If you choose to uninstall Guild Wars, you will need to go into your hard drive and delete the Guild Wars folder. The Guild Wars folder is installed by default in [localdisk]:\Program Files\ . Be warned, by deleting this folder you will delete any screen shots stored in the Screens folder.
Note: If you reinstall Guild Wars the screen shots in the Screens folder will not be deleted.
