How do you take videos in-game?

Also how do you post screenshots actually on the forum without having to click a link?

Videos, use Fraps (Fraps.com I think, or just Google 'Fraps')

Images without using a link, just put:

[IMG]url to the image[/ IMG]

Of course, with no space after the / and before the I in the end code.
