The collectors axe outside LA, is the same as the SOA axe in that it has +3 dmg v undead & fortitude.

I duuno if its modd-able as the other, now infamous SOA, but . . . .

+3 Dmg (vs. Undead) isn't an upgrade. Upgrade with (vs. X) always have %.
