First of all...it
looks like you do not have a actual Video Card.....you have a On-Board Graphics controller. This means that your video is connected to your motherboard. They are fine for business apps...and such...not gaming. You need to find out if your motherboard has a dedicated Video Card Slot...then what kind of Slot...ie: AGP...PCIe(newer) or if it doesn't have a Video Card slot....then you will have to get a Regular PCI Video Card...not as powerful...but much better then On-Board Graphics.
Either way...once you install a Video Card then you have to
Turn Off the On-Board Graphics in the BIOs (at start up) before the newer Slotted video Card can take effect.
The rest of your computer seems fine....good processor speed...and enough Ram...personally I like to have 1Gb as a minimum.
EDIT: Don't listen to the guy above me...nothing is more annoying when some one just spits out usless info...your Ram will work...I personally like more...the 3Ghz processor is fast....faster then the average computer out there now.
