You're using 624 MB of RAM on processes ?
Do yourself and everybody a favor. Hit the good old Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Look under processes and jot down the names here of any processe with Memory usage over 50,000 K. You must have quite a few there to make the 624 MB grand total. Let us know so we can help. No way in hell should you be using up more than 200 - 320 MB RAM, no matter which RAM-consuming startup applications you are running.
Next, look under the 'Performance' tab and let us know the numbers next to 'Handles', 'Threads' and 'Processes'.
Next, Go to Start > Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance > Settings > Advanced.
Look under "Virtual Memory". If the Paging size set for all drives is less than 1024 MB, fix it at 1024.
Next, go to Start > Run and type msconfig in the commnad prompt and hit enter. Then when the system configuration tool comes up, Under 'General', select the 'Selective start up' and uncheck the 'Load Startup Items' box. Hit Apply, then Ok.
Restart machine.
Try loading Guild Wars.
