Unwanted skin, high req and the least popular for necros (All the SS necros should be using Villnars Glove anyway)

I'd PC at well dunno 100k-200k region.

staff rox, i have the same thing in a req,8, and i love it, i would say 250k, liek malice said, req, doesnt matter, well if you are gonan us eit anyway, i guess for a collector, req.is everything

Me Necro uses a perfectly modded collector's accursed staff tyvm. Greens, especially Necro Greens, are HIGHLY overrated imo, and should be treated as the cheap alternatives that they are. My perfectly modded collector's Blood, Death, and Curse Staves > Bortak's/Vilnar's crap.

As for the OP's staff, I agree with FCtSteveO, 200k+ for the ugly skin yet perfect stats.
