Trying to do a little planning and was wondering where these boots are sold. They are no longer sold in ventari's from the beta so I have no clue. And which town sells the best armor now too?

Best armor are sold in Droknar's Forge.

Bloodstained Boots are first available in the Henge of Denvari.
