Fast Casting Clarity

Quick one on Fast Casting

I understand it's supposted to speed up the casting, but how does it work? I've pumped some into my fast casting and I'm not noticing much difference

I have a Minor Rune and a veil that are to improve. Aside from that, even when I pump attrib points into it, I dont' see much diff. My char is only lvl 6, but at what level does fast castign really make a difference?

Fast casting isn't going to do a terrible lot for you unless you have full points to put into it (or atleast a high lvl in it).

Even at 16 in it - YOu can see spells are only made half time.
