thats a nice screenshot lol. Anyway they should in a update/Expansion Allow you to take one of her eggs and say make it a pet for rangers, end up using it to make a Glinting Dragon Sword for warriors, End up letting the monk get one of her godly crystal skills from it, let a Mesmer get a Skill that prevents interuption, let and ELE get something like Crystal fire, and a necro should get a dragon minion abitly.

My party killed glint very easy, but we had a mez and i was a war/nec. we didnt even mean to kill glint we just did a cap run. glint isnt that hard to beat if you got the right skills

When I killed here there was no cutscene or anything, she just died, the portal opened up again, we got our 1k XP and that was it. I was very disappointed.

I've tried about 4 times and can't seem to win. The first time I tried, I couldn't win simply because I didn't bring any inturrupts. We'd sit there attacking but then she'd cast hibernation and there'd be only healing from our side. Slowly but surely, she killed us off given her health would only flux. Following that, I've had three tries, but for some odd reason, my henchies just don't do the same effective job. They always die off, even if I manage to counter Glint's skills. I'm also confused concerning countering said skills, simply because countering them reaults in no noticeable animation, and I'm always left spamming my counters just to make sure they aren't cast.

I beat with with a group of 5, including 2 henchmen lol lina and Alesia of course. the trick is have a person take the egg and run in circle, keep the runner protected and healed (lucky the henchies r smart enough to do this) and rest of use just beat the crap our of her without taking any damage. But later on she will use a skill similar to mark of protection which basicly absorb all damage and make any attacks heal her. However, it does have a long cast time pay attention to what skill shes about to use, and intrrupt it (i used salvaged slash). nice and easy...

...You get 1k? I think you get 3k for the kill regardless anyway because of how hard it is to kill. so there's a max possible of 4,000 XP upon beating glint

YES!!! Last night was truly a historic moment as I and a team of 7 players finally had the guts to kill Glint.
The strategy was for the monks to continue healing the party, the mesmer to degen her health, the necro to use Grenth's Balance, and while the Rangers and Elementalists interrupted it, I went in up close and knock the utter crap out of it! I did have to heal a lot, and the second picture, those were the skills I used to keep my ENTIRE team alive. No-one died, even a few were having heavy death penalties!
I have 4 pictures, 1 of them was the team who helped me whoop her ass! (Note: I was the ONLY warrior who attacked it)
