mmm.... i think you could make better use of the 8 points in tactics. Also with only a few points in beast mastery you could add tigers fury for an effective boost in attack speed. Also, unless you are going after casters expressly, then id suggest changing skull crack out for eviscerate or cleave. You might also consider changing out one of those evasion techniques, or even revive signet, for apply poison. Even with 2 or 3 wilderness survival, you can get 5 seconds of poison after each hit.

uhh how does it get its name? and three stances are a bit too much imo.

Who exactly are you trying to kill with this build? Warriors with wildblow=gg, monks are almost impossible to interupt, especially prot monks, and when they finally cast a slower 1 second spell, you have to have 10 arenaline handy or thats a missed oppourtunity, and the juicy eles and *some* necros who know how to kite will render your build useless. Never replace your rez sig, 5 seconds of poison isn't worth a potential chain rez.

Actually with timing its not hard to interrupt Monks. You just have to see their pattern/tendencies...

I like Cyclone Axe with Eviscerate, Apply Poison, Troll Unguent, Throw Dirt, Lightning Reflexes, Whirling Defense and Ressurection Signet. Just keep building up Eviscerate while doing Cyclone Axe every 4 seconds, though you have to make sure an enemy is nearby to strike since you can use Cyclone Axe anytime.

Personally, i really like cleave better than eviscerate, especially when you only have 3 or 4 axe techs. It makes it so you can constantly use skills, thus dealing maximum damage.
