Honestly. are you people so freaking stupid, that you don't realize that the Wintersday Crier is saying the event starts in SIX days. If you idiots know how to count off days, that means it will be on New Years.

Does Santa come on New Years? Are you sure?

You can tell them until you're blue in the face there is no "Santa" in Tyria, and it's Wintersday on that world (seeing as how it's not Earth) not Christmas, but they won't listen.

Instead of spamming that mindlessly, why don't you use one?

1. Because they might not have time to go getting more collectors stuff
2. Because not everyone has a level 20 character that can get them very easily

I blanked the name just enough to make it unrecognisable, but still show it is actually the same person that typed this after each other. Nothing in between.

I don't mind the constant spamming in the last few days of stuff about Christmas, but -

1. People who keep asking 'Where's garlic?', 'Where's 2 coal?', 'WHERE DO I FIND TERMITES. ~ Solutions: If you have a guild or friends that you've played with, you could ask them. Also, if you are playing an internet game, then you have a good enough connection to go on the internet and find the answer to the question that so many other people are asking. A lot of people seem to ask it and then not even look at the answer some random person gave them, and I told someone 'It's at Droknars'(the pipe) and they said 'Can you take me there'.
2. People continually screaming 'WHERE IS SANTA?' 'WHEN IS SANTA COMING?' 'SANTAAA!''I SEE SANTA!!!!!' 'ANY1 NO WEN SANA COMES?' ~ solutions: go on the net and find out. Or, don't scream it, simply ask very politely 'Can someone tell me if Santa is coming or not?' and you will probably get a whisper. When people SCREAM, they tend not to get an answer or get a 'There will be no Santa so sftu' or similar in all chat.

i am getting tired of everybody spamming where the quest items are! i either type 'www.guildwarsguru.com' or just say find them, thats the fun in it FIND THEM!!!

my personal favorite is people in Bergen Hot Springs asking where to get dirty socks

i cahrge ppl 250g-500g for either a full quest run(500g) or just part of the quest(250g), or for both quests is 3k....it makes a really good profit in the long run.

i like the idiots who are asking to buy termites and coal.

just to keep idiots in a little check i like saying
"OMG SANTA IS IN ASCALON!!" and then watch all the blue dots on my map dissapear

In Lion's Arch I told everyone that Santa was giving out hats at Hell's Precipice. I then switch characters and go to Hell's Precipice and see a bunch of people complaining about not getting their hats. I told them not to listen to those rotten Lion's Arch people.

I have a few guild mates who keep asking those same questions, makes my mouse wander dangerously close to the Kick button.

I make sure to turn off Local Chat while in Lion's Arch, it is much easier to ignore people that way.

GW has some of the most stupid people I've seen in all my years of gaming.

I dont understand how anyone can be this stupid.

The new low is probably the scam artists selling Lumps of Coal (the crafting material) for 5k to people who haven't figured out how the snowman quest works.

i dont mind the people asking for help. its teh spam bots selling cc shards and have like 200 lines all numbers and they do blocks at a time. district 2 and three are now ruined for chat by these bots in lions

well, most of that i could forgive, given that is seasonal, and i just took 2 pots of the spiked egg nogg

but i feel a bit cheated since i could only actually finish the wicked quest (the grenchy one) as the snowman one makes you travel to Droks, and i have yet to see that place.
since i dont have the cash to get a run done, (and prefer not to) i would have thought they might have had a non ran/ acended option so you could do both.

still, i gues its better than a slap round the head with a smoked fish

I honestly think that has to be a bot of some sort because nobody can be that dumb.
