help with pictures

every time i take a print screen of an item, and go to look at the picture in the file, the item stats never turn up...it removes the radar nad every thing else except the monsters and my self

heres an idea of what i am talking about

Stop holding shift while taking a screenshot. Just press print screenshot.

im not holding shift down, i just hit print screen, that is what is troubling me
