Chirstmas update and Boss question

Where can i find a full list of the location of the bosses? I've checked guildwiki but it has been down for about a week.

Also when will the Christmas update end b/c the candy cane prices will spike (not the shards)?

Well i knew where the ones for the war elite skills were already have Battle rage and defy pain but i wanted it for farming. That will work just the same thanks.

After examining the site it wasn't exaclty whant i wanted but since you know that im looking for the Green item dropping bosses now it'll help in the search.
