Hammer: there's not such a thing like a 13/10 sundering... maybe you meant 3% in that case it's merchant food.

About rune trader: let's say you have a major vigor... merchant sells it for around 4.500gp and buys it from you for 3.500gp. Ppl will buy the rune from you if you sell it lower than 4.500 (how much would cost them to buy at merchant) but higher than 3.500 (in that case it's more convenient for you to sell it to merch). Usually ppl sell runes half way what merchant asks and offers (in this case 4.000gp)
Hammer: merchant (1k maximum)
Staff: 500gp-1k
