So this is my shield:

req 12. tactics
max armor
received dmg -3 (chance 7%)
armor +6 (vs. Lighting attacks)

pls, get a pc on it

Not much high req and not perfect upgrades... 2-3k max imho (maybe merchant would be a better choice)
