Need a PC on this if you could get me one i would be v gateful!:

lightning Dmg : 6-27 Req 10
+14% dmg when enchanted
+1 Axe Mastery (18% chance)

& divine symbol, energy +12 and improves casting speed 8%.

Also:

Fiery Storm bow of fortitude
Purple item
15-28 Fire Damage
+14%dmg while hexed
+21 Hp

i agree..... its merchant food cuz its not max... T_T... if it was max it prolly will be worth a lot!!
