PC on Perfect (I think) Eternal Shield

Hey i need a PC on this Eternal shield i found... sorry i cant include a pic but heres the stats:

Armour 16 (req. 8 strength)
Recieved Dmg -3(while hexed)
Recieved Dmg -2 (while in a stance)

I've seen ppl wanting to buy these but could do with a fixed value.. any help would be appreciated!

perfect stats 25k+

250k+ easy

I know one exactly like this was sold a month back for 100k+HoD sword

I PC'd a req 10 Eternal with the same stats. The prices there averaged out to 265k for the req 10 version.

The shadow shield with exactly the same stats was PC'd at around 200k. I still have the Eternal, but sold the shadow in-game for 30 ectos (when ectos were high) to someone who had seen it here...

...just to give you some idea about the variability in PCs here and the relationship between PCs on guru and prices in-game.
