Collector's Carapace Shield

I got the Collector Carapace Shield which exchanges for 5pcs Bleached Shells. This shield has a requirement of 9 Tactics on it. Is there another Collector's Shield that has armor 16 with a requirement of 9 Strength? If so, can you please tell me where to find the collector and what it exchanges for? Thanks in advance!

I am pretty sure that only strength-based shields come from drops. I may be wrong, but the only collector's shields that I have come across have a tactics requirement.

I'm curious about this too.

I haven't found a collector with a max strength shield yet, but I've been looking around.
Anyone know if there is one? And if so, where and what are the stats of the shield?

BTW, I've been using Thorgall's shield (green) for my strength warrior, and I've been fairly pleased with it.
stats: 16 armor, req 9 strength, -2 damage while enchanted, quick recovery from weakness.
Pretty decent stats, and at a reasonable market value (around 5K). Darn good shield for 5K if you ask me.
But I'm hoping there are better collectors strength shields out there, so I'm glad this thread came up.

There aren't any collector shields at all that use Strength, not even crappy ones. The green Thorgall's Shield and Tanzit's Defender are decent enough.
