what happened?

ok i have recently been trying to log into my game account and it said my info was wrong, i kept trying it to make sure i wasnt typing it wrong and that cap locks were off. so then i emailed anet and they asked what my key was and email was. then they replied by saying that wasnt the email that account was registered to. now i cannot get into my yahoo email account. is it possibly that some one hacked my account and changed my email settings and then changed the email that guild wars is registered under? thx for your time.

umm try "Forgot your password?" option. then type the email once used. and try to think if u gae ur email away.

yahoo and GW are completely separate with no connection so a glitch at GW should not affect your email.

since you cant get into your email as well you might have downloaded a keylogger and have a case of identity theft.

have you checked your bank account?

run anti spyware/trojan software before doing anything further

Ask A-net to check for any email settings changes done recently, and tell them it wasn't you.

They'll research into it.
