ummm.. if you're an W/Monk you need energy for those spells and enchantments!

you guys are worried about the functionality of the item 
-it's generally the most desirable axe in the game.
-it's tied for rarest, along with some s--t looking axes like tribal axes
-it has a low req
-a "-1 energy" is still better than "while hexed", "against hexed foes" and situationally better than "while enchanted"[if you're a stance tank in FOW], and "-5 energy" [if you have a battery necro that can pop you after the battle.. 1 pip is only 1/3 of a mana per second]
see? there's no need to flame every item that isn't 15^50.
If you put this here, you'd get at least 350K, but that's just a lower end guess

I'm not flaming items that isn't 15^50.. i got tons of those! but i just want to point out that -1 energy reg is a bad idea for peoples who are Warrior/Monk!

-10 armor 2nd best because no one attacks warriors (in pvp)
-1 hp regen 3rd because 2 hp a second is futile in a battle.

I didnt think it was the mod ppl are worried about but rather just the rarity of such an item. It is a nice looking skin too, better than summit imo.
