Hola Fellow Adventurers,

I searched multiple times looking for information about where the skill enervating charge might be located without success.

Is there a quest that grants it some where near Ascalon City (or elsewhere)?

I am not looking for a skill trainer to purchase enervating charge. Do not want to miss a quest that would grant it.

Many of us are eagerly waiting for the quest directory/listing that is being worked upon.

Sorry.. the only source I can think of right now IS a skill trainer (Grendich Courthouse).. There could be a quest out there for it, but if so it's quite a ways later on in the game.
