So I did a search and didn't find anything. If I missed it completely, I'm sorry. Please just point me in the right direction.
Are there any posts about how to get to Lion's gate? I've finished the last "Primary Mission" I could find in Ascalon City, but nothing points me beyond the city. There is no mission saying "Hey, get out of Ascalon and go somewhere else".
I've done the Defending the Walls. I've done the into the breach and the "secondary" continuation of that mission (where you find the enemy army and report back, and then get over run by Charr.
And while I'm sure I can just wander around until I find Lion's gate (after all, I can cheat and look at a map), nonetheless I'd like to at least get all of the missions I can.

P.S. And more than that. Is there a list (even a rough list) giving me a heads up of where to go? Where mission follows mission and where the road is laid out?

-When you finish Fort Ranik, you end up in the Frontier Gate.
-From there you have to run through an explorable area (to the north) and get to the Ruins of Surmia (another Coop Mission).
-When you finish Ruins of Surmia, you end up in Nolani Academy (another Coop mission).
-When you finish Nolani Academy, you are in Yak's Bend.
-From there run through another explorable area (to the east) to get to Borliss Pass (another Coop Mission).
-When you finish Borliss Pass, you'll be in the Frost Gate (another Coop Mission).
-When you finish Frost Gate, you'll be at Beacon's Perch.
-From there run through another explorable area (again to the east) to the Gates of Kryta (another Coop Mission).
-Once you finish Gates of Kryta you'll be in Lion's Arch.
