I can't see them being useful to anyone but interupt rangers who dont care about damage.

they are still around. dont pay any money for this. make a char in pre searing, do the hunters horn quest, and you get this bow. ive been using this bow in pre searing for ages. pretty much the best weapon there.

they changed it its diffrent now, this one is energy +5 the 1 you get from the quest is 15^50 damage

yah, I checked with 2 diff chars, its diffrent now and has been for awhile
