to answer your question they are worth alot bcuz a max sickle has never been found

i think anyone who claims to have seen, or owned a max dmg sickle, without a screenshot AND IGN and a willing person to show it in-game, should be banned immidiatly for wasting precious time on this earth that i cant retrieve.

not only that, but through my accounts i have A LOT of hours on guild wars (especially for how long ive been playing) and probably about 85% of those hours have been in trade channels...and i have seen HUNDREDS of sickles being sold and in all my hours of this game as a trader i have NEVER ONCE seen a max dmg sickle, nor do i know any trader that has, and i assure you, my list of friends & aquiantances is extensive.
and im sure my circle of people is not the only one looking for a max dmg sickle...it stands to reason if one existed it would have been seen by now, simply because the drop-rate on sickles is SO HIGH that if max dmg sickles were possible there would probably be hundreds of them by now.

Hello. I am new to the forums. Wanted to see if there was a topic about Sickle's and here we are. Looking to see what you all think of this. Its not max dmg. although I have not found one. From what I hear and have read, they don't exist. But if they do, not saying they dont, I will post a screen shot of it here.
I let low level Guildies use it that are crossing over from Pre to Post that can use it. I let one Guildie use it and someone offered him 500K for it while they were out doing Quests and farming for XP. I dont know if I would sell this as I have never seen one like this before. With these mods that is.

Here's an image of a max damage Sickle a friend once gave me as proof that max damage Sickles do indeed exist. However, the friend would never actually let me see the Sickle itself; so I doubt the validity of the screenshot. Nonetheless the image looks pretty darn convincing to me. If it weren't for the suspicious not-letting-me-see-the-actual-item deal of his, I'd swear the screenie was real. Ah well, hope springs eternal, right? In any case we could always dream. Besides, there's still a possibility that this image is real (although if it IS real, knowing my friend, he's probably sold it for well over a million GP by now).

I'd go with it being fake, as the friend wouldnt show the Sickle. I don't know what the big deal is about Sickles, it's obvious a max one won't pop up as it would have already. Everyone thinks they are more special than they actually are.

As far as I am concerned if I do not see one in game with my own eyes I will never believe it exists because it doesn't. To many people here like to create hoaxes and random gossip. If you don't see it in game it doesn’t exist. I don't care if you do see it and post a screen shot of it here either. I won't take your word for it just because you said so. Even if someone who is trusted on this site said they seen it I won't believe it either. Never take anyone’s word for it until you see it yourself in game end of story.

Do we know for certain that a max dmg. one does not exist? Just because none of use, or most of use have not seen one, does not mean that they dont exist. I'll look more into finding out if they do or dont exist.

The word "Sickle" should be flush with "Slashing". In other words, "Sickle" is a few pixels to the left of where it should be.

Victos axe just has the skin of a sickle... its not rare as its green so can never really be compared to a gold 15^50 Sickle.

as far as I can remember, the closest to max confirmed sickle is a 6-26 dmg (you can search the forums for more info on it. was actually checked by several big forum names). however, the most common "max" dmg is 6-24 and i have seen good number of those floating around.

I think any NON MAX sickle will be worthless after the latest green item update.. I could be wrong, but I'm guessing.

well since worth is determined by what people r willing to pay and not by the usefulness of the item, i'd say a max sickle will be worth alot untill there r no more....err...."collectors" who r willing to pay ungodly ammounts for a weapon that is utterly useless. and no means and i saying that myself dont pay for looks, but i'd rather have a perfect green item thats cost me 50k than a near perfect gold item that cost me 500k if they have the same skin, i.e. i'd rather have the razorstone than a max gold sephis axe with 14^50 axe mastery +1 19% and 9% ferious just becuz the gold one is more rare
