I have no idea what you'd use for a secondary, here. And I imagine it's strictly a PVE crawler build; Footprint, Furnace, Underworld, Fissure.

The basic idea is to set up your 2-4 melee characters as energy-based; either use Warriors, or a Necromancer/Warrior (probably Blood Magic) or Mesmer/Warrior (for Illusionary Weaponry).

Team focuses fire on one enemy in a group, takes them down very quickly, and then you sink the Well. No health sacrifice, as much health regen as Well of Blood, plus the bonus energy regen. This is -not- a caster battery, it's a melee battery, for a very specific kind of team.

I'd probably carry Blood Ritual anyway, but limit it to, say, a monk or two (who know that it's touch and that if they run around like crazy, Bad Things Will Happen).

I dunno. Thoughts? Anyone tried something like this? Well of Power just seems too cool to me to be left in the skill binder and never get used.

Well of Power is my "default Elite" in my bar. It is a great spell, regardless of the team you are in. If you are melee heavy, as you suggest, it will give them all a nice boost in the fight. If you are caster heavy, you will see all the squishies dance around searching for the green well to appear.

I got hooked on this skill early on, when several guildies where using it for my Ele, and I never quit.
