Request - Chat Window

I love the game but would like to see the chat window get some touch up. Maybe some options that you can turn off loot drops and arena wins. I leave up the chat window so I can see if anyone in guild is talking but sometimes in battle you miss the persons question since you get the loot and everything else. The options I have check is the guild and team but would like more options or maybe a split window to show loot and wins then chat below.

i would also like an alliance chat or a custom chat channel, i especially like the idea of a channel that i could add ppl to instead of a friends list, so i could do a hi to all the ppl on my friends list in a chat channel and they could answer.

this is important since i have ppl that i have grouped with in past outside of my guild and the guild leaders of other guilds that we get along with and who are first choice to group with when we can't find group within guild.

Customizable Chat windows and more evident private messages, 'cos it happened to me to fail contacting an online friend because he totally missed my Whisper.
Couldn't blame him, they are impossible to see if you're adventuring.
