Cant learn skills

is there any reason why i cant get new skills from the trainer in lions arch, the only skills there are crappy ones from other trainers..im a level 11 E/me

Because you already know them? Try some other skills dudes.

do you have skill points/gold to cover the skills or is it simply that the cupboard is bare?

if bare go on a few local quests that give skills and do a few more missions to get higher areas/skills.

you can use SOC on bosses to get high end skills (regular nor elite) much earlier than the skill trainers.
