PC, please: max, -2 stanced shield + max ghostly illusion staff

I've been out of the trading game for a couple months now while focusing on PvP. Before I post these items for sale, I'd appreciate some feedback regarding their approximate fair market value so I don't shoot too high or too low. The staff was a drop from the Hall of Heroes chest, if that makes a difference (i.e., increases the likelihood of max mods on unlock). Thanks in advance for any assistance that is offered.

I don't take pictures like a tourist every time I'm in HoH. Even if I had a screen shot, what's to say this would be the staff in the picture? My question was whether the location of the drop contributes to the chances of the item's upgrades being max. I'm hopeful someone with actual knowledge about that subject will contribute something helpful.

Well dropping from the HoH chest means nothing, as anyone can say any item it dropped form the HoH chest (unless you ahve a SS) Shield is about 5k

*bump* The value on the shield was about what I expected, though perhaps a bit low given the nice req and attractive skin. Anyone have thoughts about the staff? Am I better off IDing it?
