WTB a 15% enchanted sword with nice skin

i am looking to buy a nice looking sword that is max with 15% while enchanted with a req. of 8-10 (i mostley like 8 or 9 req.) if it has any mods on it i dont care i might just buy different mods for it im looking for health +30 or +7 armor (phy.) and either lenghtns bleeding or 10/10 slundering.
