does pve armors and items affect your pvp character?

Use search. Search for "unlocking items"

But yes, anything you "unlock" ingame can be used by your PvP character. You will know you unlocked it because it tells you so

All your armor, weapons, upgrades, and skills can be used in making a PVP character. You can also ascend and get to the tombo f primeval kings to take ur PvE character straigh to PvP without making another new character. This is the ideal way imo.

oh....how can i use my pve character to get in tomb of kings?
