Second entrance to FoW?

I have heard this a couple times on this site and Im not sure if its true, I hear there is a second entrance to fissure of woe somewhere outside toa?
has anyone heard of this or gone through it? please let me know where it is if its real and how to get in ,

There are several. Any Statue of Balthazar can be used to travel to the FoW, likewise, any statue of Grenth can take you to the UW. ToA is convenient, because they are in an outpost, rather than for example trekking through Lornar's Pass to the statue of Grenth there.

I don't think so since the statues are not active and you cannot talk to avatar unless we have favor.

Not any statue of Balthazar. Try going to the FoW from the statue in Old Ascalon. Even with Favor, you can't get to FoW from there.

Incorrect, only one statue outside the temple of ages can take you to any of these area (UW or FoW) and thats the statue of Grenth in Lornar's Pass. If it were the way you have stated, people would be travelling to the UW from outside Yak's Bend
