Just like the title says, the requirement is either 8 or 9 and it's max damage. I wouldn't bother with the price check but I think I remember hearing that Summit Hammers are a popular skin. TY in advance for the PC.
Popular appearence or not, hammers themselves are NOT a popular weapon. I might buy it off you for 1k, or swap it for a clean shadow shield, but otherwise you may as well just either salvage it for the grip (and hope you find a hammer warrior who wants it) or just sell to merchant.
