Ok could u PC that shield, i dont have screen cause my partner got it when we were 2man farming UW:
Eternal Shield(req12 strenght)
16armor
-2 recv dmg(while ench)
-2 recv dmg(while in stance)
i haven't seen 2 - recv dmg upgrades before so i dont know. i know that it has high req.
so any1?

i dont know if it will really help but my eternal shield is valued at around 250-300k
Heres the stats, similar in a way to yours:
Gold Eternal Sheild
Armour 16 req 8 strength
Recieved dmg -3 while hexed
Recieved dmg -2 in a stance
a very rare shield and it looks like ppl pay a lot for double -dmg
