250-300k + I think, maybe a bit more from a collector.

a friend of mine sold one for 750k a few days ago. But his was fully modded with 10/10 and 30hp.

I friend of mine bought one for 120k a couple days ago as well... Guild Wars is dead.

no offense, but i've observed you making numerous HIGHLY incorrect PCs, please observe the market a bit more until you start giving accurate appraisals.

standard price for a fully modded 8 15>50 brute sword ranges between 600-800k

and yes, they are rarer than fellblades.
unfortunatly, the market for brutes is considerably smaller, and so they generally do not receive as high an offer as an equvilant fellblade would...however, after the SF market-collapse, brute swords' prices fell less than any other sword type, preportionally...whereas fellblades fell by over 50% of thier initial price, brutes only fell by appx 20% (used to sell for 800-1 mil b4 sorrows).

Man, where were you guys when I posted this for a friend less than 2 months ago? No one on these forums bid over 400k, and I do believe this meets the above criteria. I think he finally sold it in-game for 600k, but no one on these forums even came close the above mentioned pc's. The auction ran 5 days, and he was so dissapointed with the offers, he told me not to bother bumping it anymore.

Remind me, which appearence is the brute sword? Is it like that 15% while enchanted max damage longsword you can get in the desert (or Barbed Ascalon charr slaying sword thingy you can get from piken square?) or the weird one with the semi-circ 'point' at the end?

Hmm...(::::thinks::: I think it looks more like a piece of the frame, from a totaly trashed SUV, that somebody put handle on, and started to use as a weapon.

the most accurate description of a brute sword, in my opinion, is one i've used for months, and when i use it people go "ooooooooooooooh...those"
the description being: "a lawnmower-blade with a handle"

and like i said...brute sword fans arent one of the more common types of weapon collectors...so i wouldnt expect an auction to go anywhere in 5 days, unless you ran it in LA 1, but if you ever have problems selling an 8 15>50 brute for over 400k, pm me and ill prolly take it off yer hands for 500.
