the fresh air brushes my body
the birds sing joyfully
as i walk through the golden fields

breathing the fresh air

I fall from the heavens
Away from god's grace
I fall from the light
Away from faith

I fall down through the sky
Plumetting to darkness
I'm falling towards
Where it is darkest

I look up and ponder this question:
Why am I the one who is forsaken?
But thoughts don't matter anymore
Because my heart was long since torn

I continue to fall
Through clouds and mist
I continue to fall
Through colors so rich

I plummet down,
Into this void of nothing
I fall into it's jaws
But then I think of something

What if you were there
To save me now
What if you were there with me
I wish you were...but how?

But as I ponder this, I know I have fallen from the rest
It's already too late
I'll accept death
For I have fallen into the void of fate.

Death is something, that no human can avoid
Death is an after-life or possibly a dark void

So death and life, we have both here
One we accept, one we fear
But heed these words, and hear them true
We cannot control either of these, no matter what we do.
