Not sure, the 10/10 sundering mod really depreciates this axe :P

300k maybe more if it didn't have that damn mod on it :P

I guess a clean max damage weapons is worth more since adding a perfect mod on it automatically setup the value for that weapons. say you modded a chaos axe with 10/10 AP and +30 health group.. but the axe has a +15 stance built-in. If its clean with just a +15 stance, it will be worth lots of golds, since it give the buyer freedom to customize the weapons according to what they wanted. So with a 10/10 +30 health mods, this axe would be automatically worth ... 250k to 400k range. Also requirement played a big role with weapons pricing. Higher the requirement, the lower the price but it depends on the weapon types. Since some people might have more points toward one attribute than others.

Hope this helps.

What does added mods have to do with freedom?
Even with perfect mods on the buyer still has the freedom to change at any given time..

I have modded several weapons again and again.. It all depends on the way i wanna play.. Since upgrades mods are getting cheaper and cheaper i really don't see why it would limit the freedom for the buyer
