I've seen these peak over 100K, maybe into additional double digit ectos. I was looking for one like this a few months ago.
Yes, I sold a +15/-10 for 70K with perfect mods a while ago, and it was a hard sell. You might could get more, but doubtful.

The sword itself is 20-25K, kind of a waste to put those mods on there. Perhaps 50-60K or so with the current mods.
