Well i turned my fan speed up quite a bit and core temp is seeing core 0 at around the 40-55 mark and core 1 at 40-50 is this safe?

ok i just felt both the GPU and the CPU heatsinks... the CPU one is fine... the GPU one however is VERY hot!
