Yeah around that price range, non inscr Q9's are ~100k + 1-5ecto these days...

10k max imo... And then you'd have to find the right person willing to buy a single modded item, and -5/20% isnt the best mod...

Req 9 = 15k clean add 5k for the mod or so... Req 13, salvage mods and perhaps a few K for it clean...
