the enchant collector shield needs bleached shell. Even if you spam "WTB bleached shell 1k each" the entire week, you may not get 5.
I would sell this to merchant, or 1k to anyone else. Even if you got the 21hp hale from it, it still only worth around 1k.
I saw a similar one at LA and wanted to offer 15k for it, but the seller want 50K+. Obviously he doesn't know why smite monk should use staff...
If someone buy this, they would be buying for salvage, so it is about the price of +5 armor head or 25hp wrapping. I have no idea how +5 is priced...
