When and how do I change my secondary proffession?

Thank you I got lost ive only been playing for 3 days lol

I failed the primary quest in nightfall where your supose to fight and beat the apocrypha. Now its not in my quest log, how do i get it back?

Was wondering how and when I can change my secondary profession?
