has anyone been having problems getting the Shadow Monks dead since the WoH buff? I can't get them dead at all! Am I doing something wrong?

I've geen getting strange gfx glitches in GW for a while now, forcing DirectX 8 solved the problem for a while, but it suddenly started doing...

am I understanding it wrong, or can they just as well remove this skill from the game? It's 100% useless isn't it?
