Well the UW cutscene crash has been happening for a while now but the crashes be4 even entering HA just started today , thing is my brother plays...

btw when i was playing guildwars and switched to ventrillo i finally got the blue screen of death clearly ,however this time it was a diffrent...

so how do i solve the problem ? ive already used memtest and checked my RAM and its got no problems , 0 errors. anything else i have to check?
