yeah 10% of the time u use a fire skill u will notice yourself doing more damage... not my favorite upgrade on staffs as i prefer the recharge...

the ONLY cool thing about that quest is to see that floating wizards tower... that is pimp. i think if it was at least a skill quest u would see...
