imo 35-45k each gets second opinion
If non inscr 90-100k +.....get second opinion. If Inscrib 60-70kish

Serpent Axe 15-25k somewhat of a common skin now. Although I have seen them sell for upwards of 35k
Salvage the mods and sell clean for 25-30k.
I would add "forget me not inscription" and try to sell it. sacrificing 1mp for 8 skill points could be useful...You may find a buyer. imo...
