I get reinforced defenders all the time and can never sell them. Try 2-3k but it wont go fast. Merch the Eternal. As for the others, not sure.

Sephis q9 don't go for more than 5-7k anymore.

~20-25e for the q12 smite froggy maybe. Really not sure. My only reference points are a q9 for 43e and a q10 for 35e that I was offered.
