I think the best of the best would be 15% always with -10 armor while attacking. Just my opinion. It is a very nice hammer tho.

take the 70k while you can, casue the dmg+14% vs hexed sucks.(should also explain why it took peoplea while to bid, and only 10&15k at that.)
