so r u saying by the time i hit lvl 20... ill have all my skills for my character? then after that its just quests really?

i bought GuildWars : Game of the Year Edition... it says i get items that no1 else does at the start... so i unno... n whats the expansion for...

I just bought the game like 30mins ago, n i come home only to find out that the lvl cap is 20... is that a good or bad thing... does it take that...
