Sephis axes isn't that rare anymore and it's not max dmg so it's almost worthless.... maybe u can sell it for about 5k, if it was mine...
I would salvage both of them and hope for the +5 energy and +30 health because the combinations aren't the best and the req. is very high.

i agree with derrtyboy.....non max dmg weapons is worth nothing
It's not max dmg and have high req. so i think you should salvage it for the vamp string.
