I don't know why you'd ever run that 55 ele over a perma ObFlesh, or ShadowForm/Sliver, or any of the other ele builds that arn't 55...

Also, lower armor is better if you ever decide to run Spirit Bond (Lower armor means you get hit harder, and SB triggers more.
